In Kusadasi you have 3 aquaparks (Aqua Center, Adaland and Aqua Fantasy), 18 miles uninterrupted sandy beach, which is very safe, we have no sharks. Hi there. I'm planning a family vacation (9-10 people, 3 kids under 4) and was looking at full service villa rentals in Jamaica (i.e. www.jamaicavillas.com). But, one family member is not in great health and travelling out of the country is out of the question.

We're going out on a limb and have decided to spend a lot of money on an upcoming holiday to Thailand.





We've invited friends to stay in a fully staffed villa with 5 bedrooms and a whole bunch of other great stuff.





I was telling my mum about it and she said lately there have been a lot of scams where people are turning up at places after they have paid and the villa was not rented to them or does not exists.





How do I avoid this?

your mam was right you need to protect yourself from the problems if it is a scam. set up a legally bound package up. to protect you and your guests.


pay via credit card only as you will have some form of protection against fraud.


do Google earth your destination to see if it is there.you can also ask trading standards for advice you also contact the consulate to help you out . you would be advised to take out an insurance in case this was to happen ( indemnity)


you did not say atoll or abda which would give you even more protection.good health/travel insurance.

living in a rented villa would be hard , bec you would need servants to clean it , a cook to prepare meals , perhaps a driver to get you the needed groceries and fruits .


there are no servants there , you will be at a loss .

I don't think templates are the answer. It's hard enough finishing a 500 page book without having to rewrite it every other day. Go to http://www.hotscripts.com and snoop around the PHP section fo a suitable directory script. There should be many, but not all will be free. Then you need an understanding host to take on your site and help you with the task of installing the script. You could try http://at3host.com and use the free hosting facility until your site gets off the ground. Such directories are not favored by Google and Yahoo, so you will need to put in some effort to get it off the ground. if you succeed, it should be a great site.

You haven't said which area you are interested in but I would recommend 2 for you to look at, one on the Costa Blanca (Playa Flamenca), and one on the Costa del Sol (Benalmadena).

Usually on a long let you can even negotiate on those prices.


If you choose the Costa del Sol, you are far less likely to require transport, as the trains %26amp; buses are frequent and cheap, and generally speaking everything is more compact %26amp; therefore within easy reach.

Hello all, please could anyone tell me where would be the best place to be looking for a private villa rental, within reach of the parks in Orlando, there is only 3 ( all adults) of us but we would like to be within walking distance from the beach (the closer the better) and within 10km of the parks also we would like a pool, any one out there who could help?Looking for a villa rental near Orlando attractions?
The nearest beach from Orlando is about an hours drive. So it depends on what you want to be close to-beach or parks.

I'm looking to find a relatively cheap villa/flat/house rental for three months somewhere in the south of Europe, preferably by the sea, while I write up my PhD dissertation, but all I can find are expensive holiday homes. Any ideas on where to look?

You don't say when you want to rent, but if you're looking at July or August prices will be high because, despite the recession, many people are still travelling to southern Europe for holidays.

you'll find lets all over Europe, rented direct from the owner. Some are doing special prices for long lets so you may find what you're looking for though they do tend to be holiday homes.

has cheaper accommodation - a room with a view in Florence for 385 euros per month for example - and covers Italy and Spain. This is more a kind of local advertising website with contact direct with the owners again.





There are two other possibilities I can think of if none of these works for you : decide where you'd like to be and contact the local tourist board who often have a list of long-term lets; or contact the local university or college who will know of student type accomodation in the area.

we just stayed there - do not even try!!





stay away as these villa owners will charge you arm and leg. They are dishonest people and will find the most weird reasons to charge you at the end of your stay, for things like extra toilet paper and gas for heating the shower water.





their ad and pictures are deceiving - do not attempt to learn the hard way.
