Hello. I am looking for a villa in vegas that is near the strip that will sleep up to 18 ppl. The thing is my birthday is New years eve So im sure finding a villa will be challenging that is why im looking and trying to book now. Any and all advice is appreciated. I do not think you will locate what you want.

Yeah Craigslist is the way to go for this.
People who own houses/villas in Vegas are always looking to rent them. Since the economy is so bad and they cant sell, they are looking to make money other ways. So you should find plenty of private owners looking to rent their houses in Vegas.
you could try VRBO , they have a lot of vacation rental houses in vegas
